THE PRICE INCLUDES:
Linen, electricity, gas, water, cleaning at start and end of stay, weekly change of linen, taxes.
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
CONDITIONS OF STAY:
- From June to September a weekly stay from Saturday to Saturday is preferable. During festivities, there is a minimum stay of 3 nights, otherwise the minimum stay is 2 nights.
- Check-in: 3.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m. - Check-out: 10.00 a.m. Different times may be organised with management.
- NO TRANSFER SERVICE IS PROVIDED so we recommend that you arrive by car.
PAYMENT TERMS:
A deposit must be paid when the booking is placed and is payable by:
- PAYPAL - www.paypal.it
- BANK TRANSFER (send an e-mail to info@vecchiomulinofarmhouse.com requesting details to make the bank transfer. Follow this up by sending a copy of the receipt of payment via e-mail or indicate details of the transaction)
- POSTAL ORDER (for payments within Italy only)

Upon receiving your deposit, Il Vecchio Mulino will confirm your stay via e-mail. The balance of the total amount is payable upon arrival when you will be given the keys. We do not accept cheques.
ARRIVAL:
Upon arrival, the guest must hand in a passport or identity card for registration in compliance with the law. A cash deposit of 150.00 Euros must also be handed in to staff by way of cautionary deposit. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure, after deducting any accessory expenses and payment for any damages caused.
CANCELLATION:
In the event of cancellation, the following fines will be payable:
- From the time of booking until 30 days before check-in - 30%
- From 29 days until 10 days before check-in - 50%
- From 9 days until 0 hours before check-in - 100%
- No Show 100%
